This picture was copied from the book Across the Lonely Years by Dean Cecil Chesser. The caption reads:
"The first known photograph of Altus, Oklahoma. The picture was made looking east from Broadway. The Braddock home is at the left. Hightowers operated the store where Anthony's is now located. The photograph is owned by Bob Kerr, the State Highway Commissioner from this district."
Bruce Braddock was born in this house and very likely so was Mabel Gray Braddock, so the picture was taken sometime before 1893 and probably by 1890.
