64-382 Bingley Mason (x) first, Jacob Heironimus Trustee secon, Nancy Mason third 15 Oct 1835, Bingly [sic] owes Nancy $250, so he sellsfor $1 to Jacob Heironimus personal prop: one sorrel mare, one spotted cow, one brindle cow (both cows muley) two sheep one sow & seven pigs one feather bed, beding [sic] and bedstead, one straw bed, beding and bedstead, 1 chest of drawers, 1 Table, 1 candlestand, 1 cupboard, 6 chairs, one looking glass, two pots, two dutch ovens and a variety of delph ware, one set of plow ?gurs?[ not quite gears, but?], one shovele plow one set of carpenter's tools also all the grain that sd Bingle [sic, underlined by examr] may receive for and during the term of 5 yrs for the farm he now lives on. id Bingly fails to pay bef 15 Oct 1840 w/int and expences of executing this Trust then Jacob must sell at request of sd Nancy Mason, so much as nec to pay off debt, w/3 wks advert in some newspaper printed in Winchester. agreed that sd Bingly Mason shall have possession of aforesd prop untill a sale shall become necessary under this Trust when the sd Bingly mason will permit sd Trustee his exr or admr to take peaceable possession thereof to the purpost aforesd. no wits. ackn by Bingley 25 Oct 1835, recd.
