So for $1 Rezin conveys to William Wood the following personal prop: one sorrel mare, one red cow four feather Beds, 8 hogs, 5 sheep, one bar shier [sic] plow, 2 stacks of Rye, a crop of corn on the farm the sd Rezin Mason now lives on. if Rezin fails to pay, then at request of Andrew Mason he should sell as much as nec after 3 wks notice in some newspaper printed in Winchester. they all incl paying expenses of trust, this one calls it 5% commission. agreed the prop may remain in possession of sd Rezin Mason until sale shall become necessary when sd Rezin will permit sd William Wood trustee [heirs etc] to take peasable [sic] possession thereof. they don't say date due in these Fredk mtgs. no wits.
